Operator: TBrij LLC d/b/a ClinVio — ClinVio is operated by TBrij LLC, a Texas limited liability company.


Doctors

  • Protect confidential study information you access through ClinVio.
  • Do not share customer materials with unauthorized parties.
  • Do not disclose protected credentials or license numbers.
  • Use study and opportunity information only for the authorized purpose for which it was shared.

Companies

  • Use doctor profiles only for the approved ClinVio business purpose for which they were shared.
  • Do not redistribute or republish shared profiles.
  • Do not attempt to access doctors who have not been shared with you.
  • Protect physician information you receive.
  • Follow the contractual confidentiality requirements in your agreement with ClinVio.

ClinVio Staff

  • Access information only as required to perform your work.
  • Do not export doctor or customer information unnecessarily.
  • Do not share internal notes or administrative information externally.
  • Protect credentials, identity documents, and financial information.
  • Follow role permissions and do not attempt to exceed them.

Reporting Concerns

If you become aware of a confidentiality or appropriate-use concern, report it through the Privacy Request page and select "Security concern" or "Other."
