Operator: TBrij LLC d/b/a ClinVio — ClinVio is operated by TBrij LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
Doctors
- Protect confidential study information you access through ClinVio.
- Do not share customer materials with unauthorized parties.
- Do not disclose protected credentials or license numbers.
- Use study and opportunity information only for the authorized purpose for which it was shared.
Companies
- Use doctor profiles only for the approved ClinVio business purpose for which they were shared.
- Do not redistribute or republish shared profiles.
- Do not attempt to access doctors who have not been shared with you.
- Protect physician information you receive.
- Follow the contractual confidentiality requirements in your agreement with ClinVio.
ClinVio Staff
- Access information only as required to perform your work.
- Do not export doctor or customer information unnecessarily.
- Do not share internal notes or administrative information externally.
- Protect credentials, identity documents, and financial information.
- Follow role permissions and do not attempt to exceed them.
Reporting Concerns
If you become aware of a confidentiality or appropriate-use concern, report it through the Privacy Request page and select "Security concern" or "Other."
