Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClinVio™, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Operator: TBrij LLC d/b/a ClinVio — ClinVio is operated by TBrij LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

Account Eligibility
You must be authorized to use ClinVio and must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your information accurate and current, and for complying with these Terms and applicable law.
Professional Information
Doctors are responsible for the accuracy of the professional information, credentials, and experience they provide. Misrepresentation may result in suspension or removal from ClinVio.
Company Responsibilities
Company users are responsible for the accuracy of company information, for using shared profiles only for the approved ClinVio business purpose, and for protecting physician information shared with them.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse ClinVio, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, redistributing shared profiles, exporting data unnecessarily, or interfering with the service.
Clinical Trial Information
Clinical trial information displayed by ClinVio is provided for informational purposes. A clinical trial appearing in ClinVio does not necessarily represent a paid ClinVio employment, consulting, or adjudication opportunity. ClinVio opportunities are separate from the display of clinical trial information.
ClinVio Opportunities
ClinVio may share opportunities with doctors based on matching. Receiving an opportunity does not guarantee an engagement, contract, or payment. Engagements are subject to company selection, contracting, and compliance.
No Guarantee of Engagement
ClinVio does not guarantee that any doctor will be selected for, or complete, an engagement, or that any company will receive a suitable expert.
Professional Independence
Doctors using ClinVio remain independent professionals. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between ClinVio and a doctor, or between a company and a doctor, except as set out in a separate signed agreement.
Confidentiality
You agree to protect confidential information you access through ClinVio, including shared profiles, study information, and credentials. See the Confidentiality & Appropriate Use page.
Intellectual Property
ClinVio retains rights to the platform, its design, and its content. Professional information and documents remain the property of their respective owners. You grant ClinVio the limited rights needed to operate the service, including sharing approved profiles as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
ClinVio may integrate with third-party services (for example, document or e-signature providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
Suspension / Termination
ClinVio may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, for inactivity, or to protect the service. Companies and doctors may be suspended or removed in accordance with ClinVio's operational policies.
Disclaimers
ClinVio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as required by law. ClinVio does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, ClinVio's liability is limited as set out in applicable agreements. Specific limitation terms are subject to legal review and confirmation in your signed agreement.
Governing Law
The governing law and jurisdiction for disputes will be confirmed in your signed agreement with ClinVio and are subject to legal confirmation.
Changes to Terms
ClinVio may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
