International Privacy
ClinVio supports a jurisdiction-aware privacy model for physicians in the United States, European Union / EEA, United Kingdom, India, Singapore, and the Philippines. We do not claim full compliance with every jurisdiction. Applicable privacy notice versions, consent records, and lawful-basis information are captured per user. Jurisdiction-specific notices may be added as our privacy program matures and after legal review.
PHI / Patient Information
For the initial physician-network launch, ClinVio does not intentionally collect patient-level information. Free-text fields, document uploads, and messaging areas include notices prohibiting the submission of patient-identifiable information or protected health information. This boundary does not make ClinVio HIPAA compliant.
ClinVio does not claim HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 certification, FDA approval, or FDA compliance. HIPAA applicability is under assessment; SOC 2 readiness is planned. All compliance references describe design objectives or planned assessments, not completed certifications.
